Established in the 1980s as Edgware Skills Centre, Personal Improvement Ltd (PIL) has a proud history of empowering individuals through education and support. We were the first Learndirect Centre in North London providing training, assessments, careers advice, and internal quality assurance to a broad range of organisations, including higher education institutions, further education colleges, corporate companies, local authorities, and community projects.
In 2004, we rebranded as Personal Improvement Ltd, and in 2006,
Anna Papakosta
became the CEO and company director. Since then, we have remained committed to delivering careers advice and support through training, coaching, and mentoring, helping individuals effectively navigate their job search and secure success in their chosen careers.

We are a register Exam & Assessment centre for: AAT, ESOL Trinity College, Digital College, BCS, BTL.
